Fettuccine Alfredo
A hearty meal that will definitely leave your guests happy! This recipe takes around 30 minutes and serves approximately 6 people. But quick warning: this also contains around 964 calories so not for the health-conscious!

Ingredients
- 24 Ounces (680.389 Kilograms) of dry Fettuccine Pasta
- 1 Cup of Butter
- 1 and 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
- 1 Dash of Garlic Salt or Powder
- 3/4 Cups of Grated Romano Cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccini and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter into cream over low heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Stir in cheese over medium heat until melted; this will thicken the sauce.
- Add pasta to sauce. Use enough of the pasta so that all of the sauce is used and the pasta is thoroughly coated. Serve immediately.
